The Archive of American Radio is a California nonprofit that preserves, catalogs, and provides access to historical American radio recordings.

Our holdings span drama, mystery, comedy, and variety programming from U.S. networks, 1920 through 1982. We maintain structured metadata and digital infrastructure so these endangered collections are not lost.
